Developments in phase 1 will begin in July ‘06 & include:

Secure perimeter of entertainment area
with fence, entry turnstiles.

parking area.

Beach area setup.

8 x Bedouin tent style beach bars
(branded).

Water and electricity points, 24 hour
lighting.

Lighted branded cladding of outside
perimeter 200 Sq m (3m high x 75m long).

Permanent beach parasols (branded).

Initial tree / lawning of entertainment
area.
